Pre Event Prep

This work can be done ahead of time and be dropped off at school between Monday Dec 16th - Wednesday Dec 19th, no later than 3 pm. Our Set up crew is needing it by then to start!

Gift Wrapping
Wrap empty boxes with gift wrap. We provide the wrapping paper, you provide the empty boxes! Pick up wrapping paper at front desk starting Dec. 2nd Please enter in the comment section how many boxes you can bring.

Make Station Signs
We provide the board! Get creative with your master piece. We will have 5 Stations. Pick up board and supplies starting Dec. 2nd at front desk. Make sure Station Number is large and legible!

Make Decorations
Like to craft? Then this is for you! All the supplies are provided. Pick up starting December 9th at the front office. Balloon Craft: Balloons should not be inflated more than a few days before the event, they wont stay inflated.

Folding Table Need
Let us borrow your table for this event and let us save some money on rentals, so we can give our kids more FUN stuff! Please drop off table between Monday Dec 16th and Wednesday Dec 19th 3pm, so the set up crew can start decorating. Make sure your table is labeled with your name. You can pick up your table Thursday Dec. 19th after 5pm or the following school day. Last day of school!

This is day before the party, which requires majority of the work. We can start at 3.15pm and should be done by 5pm.

Party "Elfs"

Be our little helper during the party and help children through our 5 handpicked stations. We will have an "Elf" apron and hat for you to wear! We need 2 volunteers for each station! Stations will be assigned the day of the party. Check in with "Santa". 

Pick your grade time slot. Have more than an hour? Feel free to sign up as much as you can!

Have family members that can help? Sign them up and follow the volunteer requirements on here. Get ready to have some FUN!

Clean Up
